• Garlic and herb salt, to taste
• Celtic salt, to taste
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For soft, creamy scrambled eggs, add 1 tablespoon of water for every 2 eggs. So for this recipe, mix 2 tablespoons of water into the 4 eggs. Whip the eggs thoroughly until light and frothy. This adds moisture and helps create a silky texture.
