INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)
¼ -½ cup water
couple cubes of frozen pineapple
1 organic apple, peeled, seeds removed
thumbnail size fresh ginger root
handful of fresh kale or spinach
3 large mint leaves
1 teaspoon chia seeds

¼- ½ cup of ice
