This isn't just any green drink; it's a perfect blend of sweet, tropical flavors from the frozen pineapple and apple, balanced by a powerful dose of greens like kale or spinach. INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

  • ¼ -½  cup water

  • couple cubes of frozen pineapple

  • 1 organic apple, peeled, seeds removed

  • thumbnail size fresh ginger root

  • handful of fresh kale or spinach

  • 3 large mint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • Generous squeeze of lemon

  • ¼- ½  cup of ice

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
