INFUSED WATER RECIPES

Hydration doesn’t have to be boring. With these vibrant, flavorful infused water recipes, you’ll be sipping your way to better health—one refreshing glass at a time. Whether you're craving the sweet zing of strawberry lime mint or the warming aroma of grapefruit ginger rosemary, each blend is designed to nourish, energize, and elevate your daily water intake. Using organic fruits, herbs, and a few flavorful surprises, these recipes are a simple way to turn plain water into a delicious wellness ritual. Let’s infuse your day with goodness!


STRAWBERRY LIME MINT:

  • I cup sliced strawberries

  • ½ lime, sliced

  • 6 large mint leaves, torn or 4 large basil leaves

  • Ginger – optional


CITRUS TRIO

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

  • 1 lime, thinly sliced

  • ½ lemon, thinly sliced

  • 4 sprigs lemon balm, gently rubbed  


BLUEBERRY MINT

  • 1 ½ cups blueberries/blackberries

  • 4 mint sprigs, gently rubbed

  • 2 slices of organic lemon


GRAPEFRUIT GINGER ORANGE ROSEMARY

  • 1 red grapefruit, peeled sliced

  • 3-4 ginger slivers

  • 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary

  • 1 orange, sliced


CRANBERRY POMERGRANATE

  • ½ cup cranberries or pomegranate arils

  • A few slivers of fresh ginger

  • 4 mint sprigs

  • ½ orange sliced

  • ½ stick cinnamon


TIPS FOR INFUSING WATER:


  • Allow ingredients to infuse for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours except for rosemary.  

  • Always use organic ingredients and infuse at room temperature…it is quicker.

  • Use a wide variety of fresh herbs like parsley, mint varieties, lemon verbena, pineapple sage, lemon balm, lavender and rosemary. If using rosemary remove after 3 hours.

  • Lightly rub or team leaves to release flavors before adding to the mixture.

  • For on-the-go infused water use a wide neck thermos, stainless steel, or glass water bottle.

  • When you are finished, eat the fruit.  It is convenient when out and about.
