(Makes 16-20 balls)


PROTEIN POWER BALLS INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder

  • 1 heaped scoop pea protein powder

  • 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats

  • ¼ cup raw honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup raw walnuts or pecans finely chopped

  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax seeds

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil or coconut oil, melted


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed.

  2. Roll into walnut sized balls.  Then roll into finely shredded coconut.

  3. Store in sealed container in the fridge until ready to eat.
