This vibrant fruit salad is a celebration of fresh, seasonal produce, and it's absolutely packed with powerful nutrients. Did you know that many of these fruits, like strawberries and kiwis, are rich in Vitamin C? This essential vitamin is not only great for your immune system, but it's also known to help your body manage and reduce stress. So, as you enjoy this sweet and refreshing treat, you're also giving yourself a little mental pick-me-up. Join us as we show you how to create this beautiful and beneficial salad!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1 cup cherries

  • 1 cup mango

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 or 2 sliced kiwis

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • ½ cup chopped mint

 

***use fresh fruit in season.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.      Add all the ingredients into a salad bowl.

  

Drizzle

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Juice from ONE lime or orange

  • ½ tablespoon honey

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.      Add all ingredients, bowl and stir

  1. *Omit honey if using the orange
